These terms apply to the TappedIn distribution of Thrive Messenger and the default TappedIn service. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app unless a valid custom agreement replaces it in App Store Connect.
Use the service lawfully and respect server rules, room permissions, other users, intellectual-property rights, privacy, and safety. Do not use it for harassment, malware, unauthorized access, spam, fraud, exploitation, or unlawful content.
You retain rights in content you provide and are responsible for having permission to share it. You grant the selected server the limited rights needed to transmit, store, moderate, and display that content to provide the service. Server and room operators may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate applicable rules.
Features, availability, retention, moderation, and limits vary by server. Independent self-hosted servers are operated by third parties, not TappedIn.
This distribution is based on the original open-source Thrive Messenger project by G4p Studios and contains additional TappedIn/Raywonder work. This attribution does not imply endorsement of the TappedIn service by the original developer.
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or content supplied by users or independent servers. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
